Our warranty policy is only applicable to the watch itself.
What does the manufacturer's warranty cover?
For a duration of 12 months following the date of purchase, all watches sold via the Frank Forta website are covered. Should the watch be found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost, as determined by the warranty department.
The Manufacturer's warranty covers Malfunction or Breakage of :
- The movement.
- Hour, minute, and second hands
- Dial, indices, logo,
- Strap connections.
- Clasp attachments and closures
Please send a video/picture of the issue to our customer service team before returning the watch. Subject to the approval of the warranty claim, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you by email if you're in Canada. Outside of Canada, it's your responsibility to cover the charge of the return for a warranty claim. We always ship the product back for free in any country.
What is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty?
- Watches not purchased from authorized retailers, lost or stolen packages will void the warranty.
- The warranty will be voided if the watch is damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not related to material or craftsmanship defects.
- Water damage.
- Damage resulting from lack of care, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs, and cracks.
