OUR STORY

After multiple years in the wristwatch industry, our founder decided to broaden his horizons and eventually settled in Alberta, Canada. It was here that he had the vision to create watches that could showcase nature in a thoughtful and elegant way.

To reach this objective, we embarked on a five-month journey to document the progression of Moraine Lake, one of Canada's magnificent natural wonders.

Throughout this period, we evaluated various watch dials to choose those that most accurately captured the lake's hues. Our Emerald, Teal, Azure and Turquoise dials were meticulously chosen to reflect the lake's colors. However, it should be noted that none of the shades are perfect, but we are nonetheless proud of our selection.

We strive to create watches that not only tell time but also tell a story, the story of our connection to nature and the beauty it holds.

Frank: Among the ancient Germanic tribe of the Franks, to be a ‘Frank’ was to be a free man.

Forta: From the Esperanto word meaning strong.
