    Enjoy free shipping on all orders and expect delivery within 2-7 business days for destinations within Canada and the United States.

    We don't ship outside of North America right now. We plan to offer more shipping destinations in the future.

     

    Returns

    Please note that before shipping back a watch to us, the return needs to be accepted by our customer service team first.

    Items that have not been used may be requested for a return within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer at this time. After requesting your return, you have 20 days to mail the items back to us. ( The return request needs to be accepted first before sending a watch back )

    Returns will not be approved for products that have been utilized. Such items will be shipped back to the sender and no reimbursement will be granted. Any indication of usage or missing components will lead to rejection of the return request.

    Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil will result in the refusal of your return. You can try the watch on your wrist, just don’t remove the foil on the watch at any part of the process if you intend to make a return, otherwise, it will be refused.

     

    Sales, Custom and Value-added taxes 

    We highly recommend our customers to keep up with any customs and value-added taxes that may apply to them. Depending on where you're located, there may be extra taxes like sales, customs or value-added taxes that could affect the shipping time and cost of your order. 

    Unless we specifically collect them at checkout, it is not our responsibility to cover the costs associated with customs, sales, and value-added taxes if you become aware of them upon receiving your order. These costs are simply a result of laws that are enforced by your government.

     

    Shipping related issues

    If your order is marked as delivered by a third-party carrier but you claim you've never received the order or your product was stolen ( Canada Post, USPS, UPS, Fedex etc.. ) We, unfortunately, don't offer insurance in cases like this. We will guide you with instructions on how to file a claim against the shipping company.
